Currently, organizations are looking to have all their business information centralized in a single source of truth. As well as including all that functionality that gives us the flows of approvals, operation and logistics, both financial and operational indicators.


Today, there are many options, but here is our list of the best enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. These products are categorized as the highest rated for having excellent customer satisfaction ratings. The list is based on reviews only; there is no paid placement and analyst opinions do not influence the rankings, as well as reviews (ranked from highest to lowest).


Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a core set of software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications from Oracle Cloud. Oracle Expense Management and Oracle Risk Management are part of this solution. Other applications include Financials, Revenue Management, Accounting Hub, PPM and advanced analytics indicators.


SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a modular cloud ERP software designed for every business need, with artificial intelligence and analytics technology. SAP S/4HANA Cloud enables users to run mission-critical operations in real time from anywhere, introduce new business models in an industry and expand globally. SAP is historically a very complete alternative and that gives guideline to the best practices of almost all industries in the world and multi-country, however if what the customer is looking for is price and level of customization may not be the best option.


SAP has strived to release an extensive range of ERP options mounted on its "in-memory" database, however its level of induction into various markets has not been the most widely accepted by various industries.


Epicor Kinetic (the name of the former Epicor ERP) presents a wide variety of features, customization and scalability, typical of product-centric cloud ERP offerings. It is intended as a single, end-to-end software solution for enterprises, and is available in on-premise or SaaS format. Its headquarters is located in the Sultana del Norte, this solution has been growing in the local market, however the critical mass issue is still a limitation when thinking about this solution.


Microsoft Dynamics 365 in its Enterprise and Business Central versions are part of the Dynamics family. The technology is based on the Navision product acquired by Microsoft in 2002. This product is Microsoft's best-selling ERP platform and is often used by companies looking for flexibility in its parameterization, the best price and a friendly view for all kinds of users. The deployment method is entirely in the cloud and is part of what customers who venture to use it as a business framework are looking for.


Odoo, from the Belgium-based multinational company of the same name, is a suite of enterprise applications for managing the sales channel. It also comprises a PoS and inventory management modules, which scale to a warehouse or retail management solution.


There are definitely many more options, but I only give opinions of the most talked about in the Mexican market.
