Automation within a company under multiple variants driven by digital marketing, as hyper-automation is again the important focus for the management of companies, especially for CIOs. Not only will the IT department handle the tools and their integration into other systems, but the IT department’s activities will also be a major focus for ongoing automation efforts.
The goal of automation is not just about IT or IT. It is likely that the IT department has not chosen the ERP or CRM system, and will not be the one to choose the automation tools. Those responsible for other lines of business will be the ones who decide the tool of low code or without code that IT will be in charge of implementing. They will make their choices with IT input, but not to suit their preferences.
